Daffodil Stud Earrings by Winter in July
When spring arrives, the daffodil waits patiently for the other flowers to arrive. For this reason, it is thought that daffodil symbolises chivalry or respect. It is also associated with spring festivals such as Lent and Easter.
The daffodil is the national flower of Wales, associated with Saint David's Day, the 1st of March.
In the East, the daffodil represents wealth and good fortune.
Each Winter in July piece is designed and handcrafted by MJ Paik in her studio in Auckland, New Zealand.
